Apple is one of the most successful companies to this date, in this article they say that apple's success is narrowed down to six factors.
first, start with customer service and in-store experiences, they chose a simple way to display all of the products while changing how you interact with the product. always greeted by a sales person and they ask how they can make your experience better. 2 & 3 factors go hand in hand. in the article it talks about how they didn't invent anything new. they took products and gave them a whole new look, made the interface very simple for the customers to be able to use it on an everyday basis.another thing they do at apple is they make a product if they can only make it better and keep the customers coming back.
As Apple designer Jonathan Ive said recently, “Our goals are very simple — to design and make better products. If we can’t make something that is better, we won’t do it.”one of the last factors that has made apple who it is today, is that they stay two years ahead of the competition. for example the iPhone was signed off two years ago and it was just released last month. as competition is barely catching up to them and they have product that will be ready to be leased in three years in advanced. these factors are why apple is one of the prosperous companies today.
